Career Technical Institute at Whittier Tech
The Career Technical Initiative (CTI) at Whittier is designed to address the ongoing demand for skilled workers in the manufacturing and construction trades across Massachusetts.
Through support from the Workforce Skills Cabinet (WSC) and by utilizing Whittier’s state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, we offer summer training programs to help underemployed and unemployed individuals gain valuable skills and industry certifications.
Each participant receives:
200 hours of hands-on technical training
Industry-Recognized Credentials (IRC)
Career counseling and job placement support
