Transportation
Whittier provides transportation to and from school, including late buses for extra help on Tuesday and Thursdays, and after sports practice and games, ensuring everyone can participate in extra-curricular activities.
Students are permitted to drive to school, but must apply and receive a parking permit BEFORE they drive on school property.
ONLY Seniors & Juniors may get a Parking Tag for the school year.
To obtain a Parking Tag, you will first need to fill out the following application form:
Once we receive your completed application, we’ll print out your Parking Tag and email you once it’s ready to pick up in the Assistant Principal’s office; we’re located on the 4th floor, Room 4000.
A few other things to note:
You may not drive to school until you’ve been issued your Parking Tag.
If you already have a Parking Tag, you do NOT need to apply for a new one; if, however, you replace or get a new car, we will need a copy of your registration and will be charged $5; there’s no charge for your first Parking Tag.
On the application form, you’ll be asked to upload a copy of your car registration, student I.D., car insurance, and driver’s license; if you haven’t received your laminated license yet, the paper copy is fine.
You may “register” up to 2 cars only.
