Today, all Grade 9 English classes gathered at the memorial flag pole where SkillsUSA members Marco Moscardini (Class of 2027, Dental Assisting, Haverhill) and Shealeigh Sullivan (Class of 2026, CAD, Haverhill) led a tribute to Private First Class Evan William O’Neill, a 2002 Whittier Tech graduate who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 29, 2003.
PFC O’Neill is remembered as a son, a friend, a Wildcat, a soldier, and a hero. His courage, selflessness, and legacy live on through the lives he touched and the values he exemplified.
We extend our gratitude to English instructor Ms. Bragg, who coordinated today’s remembrance, and to our SkillsUSA students for leading this solemn tribute.
