In celebration of Earth Day, Whittier Tech students came together to make a difference. Led by the Environmental Club—with incredible support from other student clubs—this dedicated group collected 40 lbs of trash from campus grounds. 🌍 Their efforts are a powerful reminder that when done together, small actions can lead to a cleaner, brighter future. #WeAreWhittierTech #CareerAndTechnicalEducation #WorkforceOfTomorrow

Whittier Tech’s Early College students enjoyed a well-deserved break on campus over the past two weeks to relax, reflect, and recharge before finals!
During this time, they participated in cookie decorating, painting, and prize giveaways, and had the opportunity to share their feedback. Students made the most of their "off" days as they prepared to wrap up the spring semester.
A special thank you goes to Early College Facilitator Mrs. Crovetti for organizing these thoughtful activities.

✈️ Math meets real-world application! Mr. Richards—Whittier Tech’s very own pilot, PE teacher, and wrestling coach—visited Mrs. Chronis' Honors Pre-Calculus class to share how he uses vectors in flight.
Students explored how wind speed impacts direction and velocity, then worked through real-life calculations for an upcoming flight. A perfect example of learning taking off! 📐
